Job Responsibilities:

3. Quality Control: Ensure that roller operations meet quality and safety standards set by the company and industry regulations.
4. Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance and inspections of the roller to ensure proper functionality and report any issues to the maintenance team.
5. Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols, guidelines, and regulations to prevent accidents and ensure a safe working environment.
6. Team Collaboration: Coordinate with other team members, including equipment operators, construction workers, and supervisors, to achieve project goals.
7. Documentation: Maintain accurate records of work performed, including hours worked, materials used, and any incidents or accidents.
8. Problem Solving: Identify and troubleshoot equipment malfunctions or operational issues promptly.

Qualifications:

1. Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Roller Operator in a construction or road maintenance setting.
2. License: Valid heavy equipment operator's license/certification.
3. Technical Skills: Proficient in operating rollers and other heavy equipment, with a strong understanding of their functions and maintenance.
4. Safety Awareness: Demonstrated commitment to safety, with knowledge of safety procedures and regulations.
5. Physical Fitness: Ability to lift heavy objects, work in various weather conditions, and stand for extended periods.
6. Team Player: Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
