Job Summary:

We are seeking dedicated and experienced Mixer Drivers to join our team in Oman. As a Mixer Driver, you will play a crucial role in our construction and concrete production operations. Your primary responsibility will be to safely and efficiently transport concrete mix to construction sites while adhering to all relevant regulations and company policies. Key Responsibilities:

1. Safe Operation: Operate concrete mixer trucks in a safe and responsible manner, adhering to all traffic laws, company safety policies, and industry regulations.

2. Loading and Unloading: Load concrete mix into the truck and ensure it is properly mixed and ready for transport. Safely unload the concrete mix at construction sites.

3. Vehicle Maintenance: Conduct routine inspections and maintenance on the mixer truck to ensure it is in good working condition. Report any mechanical issues promptly.

4. Documentation: Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including times, locations, and quantities delivered. Complete daily logs and inspection reports.

5. Customer Service: Interact professionally with customers and construction site personnel. Provide excellent customer service and address any concerns or questions.

6. Safety Compliance: Comply with all safety guidelines and protocols, including the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and ensuring the safety of others on the job site.

7. Environmental Responsibility: Handle materials and waste in an environmentally responsible manner, following environmental regulations.

Qualifications:

1. Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) with the appropriate endorsements for driving mixer trucks.

2. Previous experience as a Mixer Driver or similar role in the construction or concrete industry is preferred.

3. Strong commitment to safety and the ability to follow safety procedures rigorously.

4. Excellent driving record with no serious violations.

5. Knowledge of concrete mixing and the equipment used in the process is a plus.

6. Good communication skills and the ability to interact with customers and team members professionally.

7. Physical fitness and the ability to lift and move heavy materials as needed.

8. Attention to detail and a strong sense of responsibility.

9. Flexibility to work extended hours and weekends as required by project demands.
