Job Overview:

We are seeking highly skilled and dedicated Security Guards to join our team in Dubai. As a Security Guard, you will play a crucial role in maintaining a safe and secure environment for our clients and their assets. You will be responsible for protecting our premises, staff, and visitors against potential threats, ensuring the highest level of safety and security.

Responsibilities:

1. Patrol and monitor assigned areas, premises, or properties to prevent unauthorized access, theft, vandalism, or any criminal activity.
2. Respond promptly to alarms or distress calls, taking necessary actions to handle emergencies professionally and efficiently.
3. Control access points by verifying identification and ensuring that only authorized personnel or visitors are allowed entry.
4. Monitor and operate security equipment such as surveillance cameras, alarms, and access control systems.
5. Conduct regular security checks to detect and report any potential hazards, safety concerns, or suspicious activities.
6. Collaborate with law enforcement agencies and emergency services when necessary to address security-related incidents.
7. Provide excellent customer service by assisting visitors, addressing inquiries, and ensuring a positive and welcoming atmosphere.
8. Enforce company policies, rules, and regulations to maintain order and discipline within the premises.
9. Write comprehensive reports on incidents, accidents, and suspicious activities, maintaining accurate records.
10. Attend training sessions to stay updated on security procedures, best practices, and legal regulations.

Requirements:

1. Proven work experience as a Security Guard or relevant field.
2. High school diploma or equivalent; additional training and certifications in security management are advantageous.
3. Ability to speak, read, and write English fluently; additional language proficiency is a plus.
4. Excellent observation and surveillance skills with a keen eye for detail.
5. Strong physical fitness and the ability to stand for extended periods and perform regular patrols.
6. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with clients, staff, and visitors.
7. Sound knowledge of security protocols and procedures, as well as emergency response techniques.
8. Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and make quick, rational decisions under pressure.
9. Demonstrated honesty, integrity, and a high level of reliability.
10. Valid security license issued by the relevant government authorities in Dubai.
11. No criminal record and a clean background check.
12. Must be a responsible team player with a commitment to ensuring a safe and secure environment.
