Job Description:

As a Cook (Indian Cuisine) at [Your Company Name], you will play a pivotal role in delivering the authentic flavors of Indian cuisine to our guests. Key Responsibilities:

  4. Quality Control: Maintain high-quality standards in food preparation, presentation, and taste, consistently delivering dishes that meet our guests' expectations.

  5. Hygiene and Safety: Adhere to strict food safety and hygiene standards, including proper handling, storage, and sanitation of ingredients and equipment.

  6. Ingredient Sourcing: Assist in sourcing and selecting the freshest and finest ingredients, spices, and produce for Indian dishes.

  7. Team Collaboration: Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure a smooth and efficient operation, including coordinating timing for meal service during busy periods.

  8. Adaptability: Be flexible in adapting to changing menus, dietary restrictions, and special requests from guests.

  9. Cleanliness: Maintain a clean and organized work station, kitchen, and cooking equipment.


Qualifications:
