Responsibilities:

1. Conduct comprehensive vehicle inspections and diagnostic tests to identify any issues or malfunctions.
2. Perform repairs and maintenance tasks on engines, brakes, steering, electrical systems, and other vehicle components, ensuring adherence to manufacturer specifications and industry standards.
3. Efficiently handle tasks such as oil changes, tire rotations, wheel alignments, and other routine maintenance procedures.
4. Use advanced diagnostic tools and equipment to accurately identify complex mechanical and electrical problems.
5. Provide clear and detailed explanations to customers regarding necessary repairs and maintenance work, ensuring excellent customer service and satisfaction.
6. Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety standards and regulations at all times.
7. Stay updated on the latest automotive technology and industry advancements, participating in relevant training programs and workshops as required.
8. Collaborate effectively with other team members, providing support and guidance when necessary, to ensure timely completion of tasks and efficient workflow.

Requirements:

1. High school diploma or equivalent; completion of a formal automotive training program or apprenticeship is preferred.
2. Proven experience as a Car Mechanic, with a minimum of 3-5 years of relevant work experience in a reputable automotive service center or dealership.
3. Strong knowledge of vehicle diagnostic systems, mechanical components, and electrical systems.
4. Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and equipment, as well as a solid understanding of computerized systems in modern vehicles.
5. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work efficiently under pressure.
6. Effective communication skills, with the ability to explain technical issues to customers in a clear and understandable manner.
7. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship.
8. Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate effectively with other technicians and staff members.
9. Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
10. Flexibility to work extended hours and weekends, as needed.
