Job Overview
Education and Licensure:
Bachelor's degree in Nursing from a recognized institution.
Valid and active nursing license from the Saudi Commission for Health Specialties (SCFHS).
Experience:
Minimum of 2 years' experience as a registered nurse, preferably in a hospital setting.
Experience in medical, surgical, critical care, or specialized nursing areas is advantageous.
Clinical Skills:
Proficient in administering medical treatments, medications, and procedures as per medical orders.
Skilled in assessing and monitoring patients' health conditions and reporting any changes to the medical team.
Competence in wound care, IV therapy, and other nursing interventions.
Communication Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Arabic; English language proficiency is a plus.
Ability to communicate effectively with patients, families, and the healthcare team.
Compassion and Empathy:
Genuine care and concern for patients' physical and emotional well-being.
Empathetic approach towards patients' needs and concerns.
Clinical Knowledge:
Sound understanding of medical terminology, disease processes, and treatment modalities.
Knowledge of infection control protocols and patient safety standards.
