Job Overview
Key Responsibilities:
Operate and maintain concrete mixer trucks in a safe and responsible manner.
Load concrete materials into the mixer and ensure the correct mix proportions.
Transport ready-mix concrete to construction sites and pour it into designated areas.
Follow all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies while driving.
Conduct routine inspections and basic maintenance on the mixer truck to ensure proper functioning.
Keep accurate records of delivery times, quantities, and any deviations from the order.
Communicate effectively with dispatchers and site personnel to coordinate deliveries.
Assist with the cleaning of the mixer truck after each delivery.
Handle any issues or concerns that may arise during deliveries professionally and promptly.
Adhere to environmental and safety standards during all aspects of the job.
Job Requirements:
Valid Oman Heavy Vehicle Driving License (Category 4).
Minimum of [X] years of experience as a Mixer Driver in Oman or a similar environment.
Good knowledge of concrete mixing procedures and equipment.
Familiarity with Oman's road network and traffic regulations.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions.
Physically fit with the ability to load and unload materials and handle the physical demands of the job.
Positive attitude, reliability, and a strong commitment to safety.
Clean driving record with no major accidents or traffic violations.
Fluent in Arabic is preferred but not mandatory.
Additional Information:
This position may require working in various weather conditions and occasional overtime.
