Job Overview
Responsibilities:
Operate buses in compliance with local traffic regulations and company policies to ensure safe transportation of passengers.
Follow designated routes and schedules while adhering to predetermined stops and pick-up points.
Assist passengers with boarding and disembarking the bus, ensuring their safety at all times.
Provide courteous and respectful customer service to passengers, addressing their inquiries and needs.
Maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of the bus interior, including regular cleaning and upkeep.
Conduct routine pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure the bus is in proper working condition.
Report any mechanical issues, accidents, or incidents to the appropriate authorities and supervisors.
Adhere to safety protocols, including the proper use of seat belts, handling emergency situations, and evacuating passengers if necessary.
Ensure the collection of appropriate fares or tickets as required, and maintain accurate records.
Uphold a professional demeanor and appearance while representing the company to the public.
Qualifications and Requirements:
Proven experience as a Bus Driver or in a similar role, with a minimum of [X] years of driving experience.
Valid Saudi Arabian driver's license with a clean driving record.
Familiarity with local traffic regulations and road safety practices.
