Education and Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Certification or training as a pharmacy technician is preferred, but not mandatory.

- Familiarity with pharmacy operations and basic pharmaceutical terminology.
- Proficiency in Arabic and English languages (both spoken and written) is essential.
- Strong numerical skills for accurately handling prescriptions, inventory, and financial transactions.
- Basic computer skills to operate pharmacy software and handle electronic prescriptions.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to interact with customers and healthcare professionals effectively.
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions precisely.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards in handling sensitive information.

Experience:
- Prior experience working in a pharmacy or healthcare setting is preferred but not mandatory.
- Experience in a customer service role would be an advantage.

Responsibilities:
- Assisting the pharmacist in preparing prescriptions accurately and efficiently.
- Organizing and maintaining inventory of pharmaceutical products, supplies, and equipment.
- Labeling and packaging medications as per the pharmacist's instructions.
- Ensuring cleanliness and orderliness of the pharmacy shelves, workstations, and storage areas.
- Assisting customers in locating over-the-counter medications and providing basic healthcare advice.
- Handling cash transactions and processing insurance claims accurately.
- Maintaining records of sales, inventory, and medication expiration dates.
- Collaborating with the pharmacy team to provide exceptional customer service and resolve any customer concerns or issues.
- Adhering to all safety protocols and guidelines, including proper storage and disposal of medications.

Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
- Capability to lift and carry boxes or containers of medications and supplies (up to a certain weight limit).
- Good manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination for accurately handling medications and packaging.
