Job Description:
We are seeking skilled and responsible Bus Drivers to join our team in Saudi Arabia. As a Bus Driver, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safe and efficient transportation of passengers to various destinations. Key Responsibilities:
- Safely operate buses to transport passengers along designated routes and schedules.
- Adhere to all traffic regulations and company policies to ensure the safety of passengers, pedestrians, and other road users.
- Maintain a neat and clean appearance, both personally and in the vehicle, reflecting the company's professionalism.
- Assist passengers with boarding, alighting, and securing mobility devices as necessary.
- Communicate effectively with passengers, addressing questions and concerns in a courteous manner.
- Perform routine vehicle inspections, including checking fuel, oil, and other fluids, as well as reporting any maintenance needs promptly.
- Keep accurate records of routes, schedules, and passenger counts.
- Handle unexpected situations such as traffic delays, detours, and vehicle breakdowns with composure and problem-solving skills.
- Follow established routes and adjust according to traffic or weather conditions to maintain timely services.
- Cooperate with dispatchers and other team members to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
Job Requirements:
- Valid Saudi driving license with a clean driving record.
- Proven experience as a Bus Driver or in a similar role is preferred.
- Familiarity with Saudi Arabian traffic regulations and road conditions.
- High school diploma or equivalent education.
- Excellent communication skills, including the ability to interact with passengers respectfully.
- Strong focus on safety, with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Good physical condition, capable of sitting for extended periods and operating vehicle controls.
- Ability to read and understand maps, routes, and schedules.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
- Positive work attitude, reliability, and a strong sense of responsibility.
- Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance, including regular checks and reporting of issues.
- Proficient in basic English or Arabic to communicate effectively with passengers and team members.
